This week, we will begin in earnest our search for the next pastor of the Federated Church of Bristol. That person who God already has set aside as the one to walk with us into God’s future.
The Search Process will focus on three broad questions: 1) Who are we? 2) Who is our neighbor? and 3) Who is God calling us to become? We will answer these questions by engaging in Five Congregational Conversations. The first will be this Sunday as part of worship. By answering these questions fully and honestly, we will be ready to communicate that to potential candidates.
During worship this Sunday our Congregational Conversation will focus on the first question: Who are we? We will hear each other’s stories of how we came to BFC, and what has caused us to stay. And we will place our stories on a timeline so that we can see “our” story together.
Please come prepared to share your story of how and when you first came to BFC, and what has caused you to stay.
